We find the right practice together ensuring the demographics and location is acceptable. Rick currently owns and operates other practices with dental partners in Southern Arizona and you will be able to speak with Rick's current partners and determine if this is a good partnership for you.
Together we complete the practice valuation using Rick’s extensive experience and time-tested business appraisal models.
Rick arranges the financing and capital to purchase the practice.
Together we negotiate the acquisition of the practice ensuring the terms and conditions are acceptable.
Together we move forward with the focus of building the best practice in the community while protecting our ownership interests in the business.
