***Keep in mind Oregon recognizes Expanded Function Dental Assistants. They are very HELPFUL and serve as a critical EXTENSION to your daily delivery of care!***
180-200 days per year | 3-5 day work weeks. Flexible!
Paid on EVERYTHING completed in the office the day you work (Ie exams, treatment, x-rays, fluoride, sealants placed by assistants, hygiene..etc.)
$1,000 - 1,200/Day Guaranteed and/or 28-32% (DOE/Training) of Adjusted Production whichever is greater
Or a negotiated Salary $250K+ as the practice is building.
Relocation Stipend: $1,000 Negotiable depending on distance.
Annual CE Stipend: $1,000 Negotiable depending on experience.
1 year fully paid Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance
401K match after first year of successful employment
