As clinicians, we hold ourselves to the 9 Pillars of CDP culture (Gratitude; Humility: Personal Honesty & Responsibility; Team Loyalty & Respect; Individual Compassion; Development & Learning; Relationships & Customer Service; Health & Balance; Happiness & Fun) as well as our own Clinical Pillars. With the Clinical Constitution, As clinicians, we are revolutionizing dental care by increasing access to the under-served patient, beginning first with children, then families, then others in need. As patient centered practitioners, we offer convenient access, same day treatment, and comprehensive coverage. To meet the patient demands, we also support our doctors with personal development. Patient Empathy - We understand that our patients live with an inherent fear of coming to the dentist and also lack knowledge around the importance of oral health. We seek to bridge these gaps. Practice Leadership - We understand that the effectiveness of a doctor is directly correlated to the capabilities of the team. We continually expand our emotional intelligence and communication skills to better lead our teams. Expanded Clinical Capability - We understand that the effectiveness of a doctor is directly correlated to the capabilities of the team. We continually expand our emotional intelligence and communication skills to better lead our teams.
