Fellowship
The Academy of LDS Dentists attracts a wide cross section of dentists from a variety of specialties from all over the world – of all ages – including retired dentists. Many members comment that the greatest benefit of belonging to the Academy is the opportunity to associate with such great people and receive each other’s spiritual and business support.
One attendee states, “The quality of this meeting surpasses anything I attend in the profession on an annual basis.” Another says, “My family and I look forward to renewing friendships and acquaintances.”
The quality meetings give each member a chance to meet with others to offer advice and experience on practicing dentistry from a unique angle – a spiritual angle as well as a professional level. The camaraderie and friendships made at this conference lasts a lifetime.
At each yearly conference, in addition to business and medical seminars, firesides are offered by General Authorities of the LDS Church and have included the President of the Church, Council of the Twelve and the Seventies. The Academy is committed to serving professional needs and offering spiritual direction combined in unprecedented fellowship.
